Zero Delay Fast Mode Update for DM220

FW2.0.00-2351 has just been released for the DM220 and now provides unrestricted access to Fast Mode in all frame rates including 24P.

Additional Notes:
Removes FM24 menu option, no longer required.
Other improvements to fast mode performance for 24P and 30P frame rates.
