Tariff Impact Update - April 10, 2025

As you may be aware steep tariffs ranging between 145% and 152.5% have been enacted and this will impact a wide variety of our product offerings including monitors and BoxIO color management devices. These tariffs are much steeper than initially anticipated and as a result we are going to be implementing the following measures:

For ShopFSI.com, operated by our US office

Updated list prices have been posted. While we have endeavored to absorb a portion of the increased tariff burden substantial price increases were still necessary. We do still have a limited amount of stock that arrived before these new steeper tariffs were implemented and we will sell that inventory through at the pre-tariff pricing while supplies last. Once inventory that cleared before the new tariffs went into place is depleted for any given item you will see the pre-tariff pricing option removed and any additional orders for that item will then only be available at the new list price shown. With this in mind if you have been considering a purchase in the near term we would strongly suggest you place your order while pre-tariff supplies last to lock in the substantial savings.

For ShopFSI.co.uk and ShopFSI.eu

We do not anticipate any significant price increases as goods for these markets will not transit through the USA, though small adjustments for currency, freight, and overhead fluctuations may occur over time.

For international customers outside of the US, UK, and EU

Our UK office is now accepting orders from these territories. Please order directly at ShopFSI.co.uk. This allows all customers outside of the US to continue purchasing at much more favorable pricing than will be available from our US store.

Can US customers order from the UK store?

Unfortunately, US clients will still need to order from ShopFSI.com as there is no way around the import duties the US has enacted for this market. Country of Origin (where the goods are made), not the point where the goods are shipped to you from, determines import duty liability.

We are hopeful to see a quick resolution to these trade disputes and are committed to lowering pricing as soon as tariff reductions are in place. Thank you for your understanding.
